FOC BRASSERIE RESTAURANT

Our main restaurant, decorated in a colonial and natural style, projects a cozy and elegant atmosphere. It offers a la carte breakfasts, ala carte dinners and two tasting menus from its spectacular kitchen where its Menorcan charcoal grill and vine shoots from the neighboring Binitord winery stand out. The vegetables and fruits come from our own organic garden and the lettuces that we grow hydroponically from the same dining room. The eggs are also from our "Chicken Villa". The fish come from our boat in Ciutadella, and the other products are from local suppliers, an authentic commitment to quality and sustainability. The restaurant also has a nice buffet where you can choose from freshly cut charcuterie as well as the most sweet desserts. The best wines of the island, national and champagnes are also visible in our wine cellar.

The Fontana is a family restaurant located in the Cala’n Bosch shopping centre serving food all day.
