Next Thursday, July 28, in one of the most emblematic lighthouses of Menorca - Cap d'Artrutx, the renowned gastronomic entrepreneurs and Chefs Lucas García and Ernesto Ventos will offer us a very exclusive gastronomic experience in the best atmosphere with Mediterranean essence:


"A 4-hand trip from Valladolid to Menorca with a stopover in Barcelona"


Guest Chef: Ernesto Ventos (Barcelona and Madrid), gastronomic businessman, founder of Hermanos Vinagre in Madrid and Marea Alta in Barcelona. As a Chef, he has cooked in countries such as the United States, Bahrain, Turkey and Mexico, together with internationally renowned Chefs such as Edgar Núñez, João Rodrigues, Ignacio Echapresto, David López, Álvaro Clavijo, Paco Méndez and Enrique Valentí, his partner and Chef of Marea Alta project in which they achieved 1 Sol Repsol. With his creative cover, he won the Third Prize in the Valladolid 2020 National Pinchos and Tapas Championship representing Hermanos Vinagre.


Host: Lucas García Montaner (Menorca and Valladolid), Chef and CEO of Grupo Moga. Trained at the EHL in Lausanne (Switzerland) and at the CIA in the USA, with internships at Quique Dacosta, Ca Sento, La Nicolasa, he has directed the 18 kitchens of the different Grupomoga restaurants in Menorca and Valladolid for 20 years.
